Bk8mya Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the bk8mya platform, including the website at bk8mya.win and all bk8mya mobile apps. By registering or using any bk8mya service, you agree to be bound by all terms stated here. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bk8mya platform — whether through the website, iOS app, or Android app — you expressly and implicitly accept all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document as well as the separate bk8mya Privacy Policy.

This acceptance is comprehensive and unconditional. You agree that continued use of the bk8mya platform following the publication of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes, even if you have not actively read them.

These terms take effect from the first date you access the bk8mya platform and will continue to apply for as long as your account is active, including the period following account closure for matters relating to financial obligations or unresolved disputes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the bk8mya platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Residing in a geographic region that does not restrict the use of online entertainment services.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Have never been suspended or banned from using the bk8mya platform previously.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. Incorrect or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and funds held until the identity verification (KYC) process is completed.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your bk8mya account username and password. bk8mya will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or phone.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the bk8mya support team immediately via in-app live chat. bk8mya is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings.

Bk8mya implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification system to ensure that only the legitimate account holder can make withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit a valid identity document such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport, along with proof of current address when requested.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

• Activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the bk8mya support team. Any eligible balance in your account will be returned once all withdrawal conditions are met and the verification process is complete.

Players who have opted for self-exclusion will not be able to reopen their account until the self-exclusion period expires. Players under self-exclusion who attempt to access the platform through a new account will face immediate account action.
